Click on « Retry »
If the error message still appears: Close the application + restart the computer. Remove the battery from the KEYMO®, wait 10 seconds and then put it back into the KEYMO®
If it still doesn’t work: Please make sure you have not paired your KEYMO® as a Bluetooth device in Settings/Devices/Bluetooth and other devices

If « KEYMO2 paired » is displayed on the list, click on « Remove device »
