• What are the conditions of return, withdrawal, refund ?
1. If you purchased your KEYMO® from our online shop www.bystamp.com:
Your KEYMO® can be returned for 14 days following delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned intact in its original packaging and sent to the following address:
BYSTAMP 3 rue Louis de Broglie 56000 VANNES - France. Return costs are at your expense.
Please let us know your return wish and reason by contacting customer support through live chat on our website www.bystamp.com
If your KEYMO® is found to be defective during the warranty period, please contact the customer support via chat at www.bystamp.com to obtain a return label.
Upon receipt, if your KEYMO® is still under warranty, we will send you back à KEYMO®.
2. If you purchased your KEYMO® from a retailer (physical or onlines stores):
Please contact your retailer directly.
• What are the shipping costs?
The packaging and transport costs are:
- Free delivery from the 1st KEYMO in metropolitan France and Corsica
- 15€ excl. tax for 1 KEYMO® for delivery in Europe Intra-Community + United Kingdom + Switzerland + USA + Canada (free delivery from 2 KEYMO® purchased)
- 29€ excl. tax for 1 KEYMO® for delivery in other countries and DROM-COM (free delivery from 2 KEYMO® purchased)
• Where will my order be shipped?
For a shipment in metropolitan France and Corsica: Delivery in 1 to 4 working days
For a shipment in Europe: Delivery in 2 to 5 working days
For a shipment in other countries: Delivery in 4 to 10 working days
• What are the preparation and shipping times for my order?
Your order is prepared and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Where can I have my order delivered?
We can ship in most countries of the world.
• Can I change the delivery address once the order is placed?
A change of delivery may be requested as long as the order has not been shipped
