I forgot my password

You do not need your password unless you want to reactivate your KEYMO®


  • Click on « KEYMO/Factory Reset » then « Activate » and choose « You already have an account ».


  • Click on « Forgot your password? »


  • Enter your email et click on « Validate »


  • Click on the link received by mail to update your password: enter your temporary password and your new password.


  • Close the webpage
  • When you go back to KEYMO® software/application, you can enter your email and new password
