Case 1: PC Bluetooth
Check that Bluetooth is enabled (in Settings > Devices > Bluetooth)
Restart Bluetooth and see if this fixes the issue
Check that your PC is up to date, then check that the Bluetooth connection is working properly by trying to connect a Bluetooth device (keyboard, mouse, headset, etc.).
If step 3 works, try to scan the KEYMO (press the KEYMO button) without pairing it. This will ensure that the computer detects it. Check that the KEYMO is flashing green.
Check that you have not paired your KEYMO in the Settings (KEYMO2)
- If " KEYMO2 paired " appears in the list, click on " Remove device "
Case 2: Bluetooth USB dongle
You only need the dongle if your computer is not Bluetooth-enabled.
Disconnect and reconnect the adapter and see if this fixes the issue
Go to Windows Bluetooth device settings: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/what-bluetooth-version-is-on-my-pc-f5d4cff7-c00d-337b-a642-d2d23b082793
Check that 5.0 adapter is visible, that everything is in green and that no other adapters are detected (particularly in red)
If other adapters are detected, right-click and uninstall them except the 5.0 dongle, then restart the computer. Bluetooth should be restored normally.
If our adapter is the only one but not properly configured, check whether a driver update is required: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/fix-bluetooth-problems-in-windows-723e092f-03fa-858b-5c80-131ec3fba75c
Check that Bluetooth is enabled: https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/turn-bluetooth-on-or-off-blth1008/mac
Restart Bluetooth on your mac and see if this fixes the issue
Check that your macOS is up to date an that the Bluetooth connection is working properly by trying to connect a Bluetooth device (keyboard, mouse, headset, …)
If step 3 works, go back to the KEYMO software and click on “Check state” to get more information about the KEYMO, and then check that the KEYMO is flashing green.
Go to Settings and check that Bluetooth is enabled. Accept Bluetooth authorizations.
In the case of iOS device, also go to Settings/KEYMO: check if Bluetooth is enabled.
